Kayla Macedo is a Mexican American artist, illustrator and writer based in the west suburbs of Chicago. She is a first generation college graduate having earned a BA in Illustration. By connecting with others through her nostalgic and whimsical art, she hopes it sparks conversations of life’s trials and tribulations, and inspire a sense of mindfulness.
